The service was great. They gave a good price and the people were very friendly through the whole process. Would recommend greatly. Especially if you get to work with Charles.

I had a great experience with Gateway Tire & Service Center. My first visit was when I brought in two new tires for my lawn mower that another tire shop couldn’t inflate. Not only were they unable to fix the problem, but they still charged me $20. The team at Gateway Tire & Service Center took care of the tires quickly and professionally—and to my surprise, they didn’t charge me anything. That level of honesty and customer service is hard to find these days. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping rather than making a quick dollar. Because of the excellent service I received, they’ve earned my trust and will be my first choice for future tire and automotive service. I highly recommend Gateway Tire & Service Center!

Worth more than 5 stars!🌟 we were visiting from Germany and got a flat on the interstate and made it here to buy a replacement for our rental. Charles Pace helped us out big time! With his decades worth of expertise, he informed us our tires tread were dangerously low and that it was a liability! He helped us with contacting our rental company and reassured us the flat was sth the company would need to cover. Honestly Charles Pace is the best man, what a blessing he is! So grateful that he was working that day we were in trouble. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🙌🏽

Garth and the young men on his team are excellent. He took the time to speak with me on the phone and worked through ALL of my concerns regarding wheels, tires, and suspension to make sure I was completely satisfied. It’s the kind of old-school customer first service you expect and love, but rarely see anymore. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend Gateway to friends and family. (Pics are pre-suspension.)
